At Flossure, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below for estimated delivery times and important information.
Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times
🇳🇱 Netherlands & 🇧🇪 Belgium
All orders placed in the Netherlands and Belgium are shipped from our Dutch warehouse.
Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days.
🇩🇪 Germany
Orders to Germany are shipped from the Netherlands.
Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days.
🌍 Other International Orders (🇺🇸 USA, 🇨🇦 Canada, 🇦🇺 Australia, etc.)
Orders outside of the EU are shipped from our international warehouse.
Estimated delivery time: 5-8 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all orders over a certain amount (as specified on the checkout page). For smaller orders, shipping fees may apply and will be calculated at checkout.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Friday). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Delays & Customs
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, external factors such as customs processing, local postal delays, or holidays may cause slight delays. For non-EU countries, customs duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
