Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return and refund, the product must meet the following conditions:

Return shipping costs are at your own expense. If the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered, Flossure will cover the return shipping costs.

Return Procedure

Approval: We will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive your money back within 3 business days via your original payment method.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
