1. Where is my package?
After placing your order, (Based on your location) it takes on average 1 business day (Mon-Fri) to process your order and 2-5 (Mon-Fri) business days for your order to be delivered. If these deadlines have passed and your package has not yet arrived, please contact our customer service.
2. Where can I find my track & trace code?
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code via e-mail. Also check your spam folder, because sometimes our emails end up there. Please note that it may take some time before the Track & Trace link becomes active.
3. How can I track the progress of my order?
You can track the progress of your order with your Track & Trace number that you received via email. Enter the Track & Trace on our Track your order page to see the status of your delivery.
4. I am not satisfied with my package.
